1. Shipping Destinations
Dicrodelights currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently ship internationally. Orders with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom cannot be accepted.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £8.
Any applicable delivery charge for orders of £8 or less will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank and public holidays.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for dispatch and is separate from the estimated delivery timeframe.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch.

How long does it take to process an order?

Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and do not offer international delivery.
What is your return policy?
For eligible purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to return it. Items should be returned in an appropriate condition and in accordance with the return instructions we provide.
