Specifications

How to Fit and Use
Measure your drawer’s usable width, depth and clearance before choosing a pack. Check the height with your own jars resting on a tray so the drawer closes freely. Jar capacity depends on bottle size and the arrangement you choose.
Place the trays inside the drawer and arrange jars with labels facing upwards. Group similar seasonings together and return them after cooking. Wipe the trays with a soft damp cloth, then dry before replacing your jars.

1. Shipping Destinations
Dicrodelights currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently ship internationally. Orders with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom cannot be accepted.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard UK delivery on all order.
Any applicable delivery charge for orders will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank and public holidays.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for dispatch and is separate from the estimated delivery timeframe.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch.

7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with photographs showing the product, packaging and damage where reasonably possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

How long does it take to process an order?

Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and do not offer international delivery.
What is your return policy?
For eligible purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to return it. Items should be returned in an appropriate condition and in accordance with the return instructions we provide.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage where permitted by law. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can provide the appropriate resolution.
