How to Fit and Use
Measure your exhibit, including its stand and projecting parts. Check all three dimensions before ordering and allow clearance. The overview diagram and option labels use different measurements, so do not treat either as confirmed usable internal space. Ask UK-based support to clarify a close fit before buying.
Remove the protective film from the acrylic panels before assembly, as illustrated. Follow the supplied instructions and avoid forcing the joints. Set the finished case on a stable, level surface. Displayed models and ornaments are not included.

1. Shipping Destinations
Dicrodelights currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently ship internationally. Orders with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom cannot be accepted.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard UK delivery on all order.
Any applicable delivery charge for orders will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank and public holidays.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for dispatch and is separate from the estimated delivery timeframe.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or unusually busy periods, may cause delays.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time after receiving your dispatch confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier's system.
7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with photographs showing the product, packaging and damage where reasonably possible.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address when placing an order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Additional delivery costs may apply where an order needs to be resent because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was supplied.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 days. Please note that processing may take longer during public holidays, exceptionally busy periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and do not offer international delivery.
What is your return policy?
For eligible purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to return it. Items should be returned in an appropriate condition and in accordance with the return instructions we provide.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage where permitted by law. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can provide the appropriate resolution.
