Orders & Processing

Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Orders are processed within 1-2 days (Monday-Sunday). Orders placed before 4 PM GMT (London time) are prioritized same-day. We don’t process orders on public holidays.

Q: Can I modify/cancel my order?
A: Contact us at dicrodelights@gmail.com or call 07443641276 within 1 hour of ordering. Changes aren’t possible once processing starts.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What’s the delivery timeline?
A: Total Delivery: 2-5 days (1-2 days processing + 1-3 days transit, Monday-Sunday).

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes! All UK orders ship free in GBP with no minimum spend.

Q: What if my delivery is late?
A: Claim a £1.00 compensation coupon by emailing us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: A tracking link is emailed upon dispatch. Check spam folders or contact us if missing.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?

  • Window: 14 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable: Customized items or products damaged by misuse.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers cover return costs unless the item is faulty/incorrect (we cover fees + full refund).

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds hit your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect returns.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Exchanges are only for defective/damaged items. Email us immediately to arrange.
